Cancellation Policy

At OkiDoggy, your time and your pup’s comfort are important to us.

Because each grooming session is one-on-one and by appointment only, last-minute changes can be tough to accommodate.

We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling : Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we understand that things come up, repeated late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

  • Running Late? Please contact us if you are running more than 10 minutes late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment, depending on our schedule.

  • frequent appointment changes (rescheduling) and no-shows may result in a deposit requirement or restrictions on future bookings.

  • Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may be considered a no-show..

Because we only take one dog at a time, every appointment is reserved especially for you. When a slot is canceled without enough notice, it’s often too late to offer that spot to someone else who may have really needed it. This policy helps us serve all pet parents fairly and keep wait times low.
