Cancellation Policy

At OkiDoggy, we value your time and your pup’s comfort. Each grooming session is one-on-one and by appointment only, so last-minute changes can be difficult to accommodate. To help us serve all our clients fairly, please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Reschedules
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens—but appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely without communication, may incur a cancellation fee or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Running Late?
Please call or text us if you’re running more than 10 minutes late. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be considered a missed appointment, depending on the day’s schedule.

Frequent Changes
If you cancel or reschedule 3 times or more, even with advance notice, we may limit your ability to book future appointments.

Because we care for one dog at a time, each appointment is reserved just for you. When cancellations happen at the last minute, it’s often too late to offer that spot to another pup in need. This policy helps us keep wait times low and our services running smoothly.
